i'm entering 3rd flowering week. I can see some of the old leaves at the bottom becoming yellow, and a few just pulled off easily. Is this normal? or is that a a problem coming from below?

Looks fine to me, some leaves will get nute burn or just die back when not getting enough light, its perfectly normal to have some leaf discoloration. Entering into week 4 flowering make sure the soil is dry before over watering or feeding, this is usually when people get over excited and kill the plant with too much TLC. Brown leaves never recover so snip off the brown bit and keep the rest of the leaf. Drooping leaves are the real red warning light but your plant looks great!

Yes it's normal in hydro to loose bottom leaves. Bit early but you have fairly tall plant.

Hmm if I had to guess I'd say the plant don't need those leaves anymore and she's using all the nutes from it until it will die off. You have lots of healthy green growth on top and artificial light don't produce UV light (Unless UV bulb) and therefore it can not penetrate through surfaces that easily. If some leaves are not getting enough light then the plant eats those leaves and focuses on the leaves that matter. Not 100% this is the case for you but she looks healthy so few bottom leaves is probably nothing!

Hello, it looks like a manganese deficiency. This immobile macronutrient plays a fundamental role in cannabis physiology. It helps with photosynthesis, respiration, nitrogen assimilation, root cell elongation, and protects the roots from harmful microbes. A manganese deficiency will be noticeable by light green discoloration near the base of new growths. This extends to the tips, and brown spots start to emerge. Prevention • An unbalanced pH is often the root cause of a manganese deficiency. Frequently measure the pH of your substrate and keep it within optimal values so the plant can access this mineral. • Develop a manganese-rich compost by adding pineapple, tomatoes, cranberries, and carrots. Solutions • Flush your container. • Prune any affected growth that isn’t recovering. • Spray the canopy with a seaweed foliar spray. I hope this helps you, happy growing!
