you need to start watering entirity of pot, a little runoff is inevitable to do this correctly. Wait for it to mostly dry before you repeat - fertilization or not same behaviour. You can go a little lighter on runoff with pH'd water only but still approaching 10%. if soilless, fertlize every time with at least 10% runoff. may or may not be pH related without a measurement from the soil. The above watering habit ensures consistency in the substrate avoids pets, promotes proper root growth. if after implementing these habit changes you continue to see leaf symtpoms, refer to a leaf symptom chart. i have one linked in my main profile here, it is hosted on growdiaries, so you won't leave the site. 'save image as' or bookmark it etc.. it's also good to learn the ppm's of each nute you feed in your mix... it helps eliminate possibilities when problems do show up - hopefully rarely. soil will self-correct pH to some extent. I'd still suggest adjusting pH of anything you put into it... ~6.8 for soil, ~6.5 for soilless. it should require the same acid/base to adjust each time.. measure carefully the first time. spot check occasionally if anything happens on the plant. if you use different water or add an RO setup etc... need to re-measure.
