The + symbol at the top right says add content but does nothing??? 20mins in and I'm losing it!

When will it start flowering?This plants is more than 7 weeks old right now. I got it as a gift, when it was 3-4 days old. It's soppose to be gorilla glue auto. But it didn't start flowering yet.
