organic, inorganic... chemistry cares not. it's all "natural," otherwise it couldn't exist.
That's not light burn, so eliminate that, plus the nodes have spacing so not the light. MAybe heat, though? more likely nutirent burn. At 20" i doubt it is heat. Move to 24" with those types of lights, though. they are hot.
watering everyday might be okay.. depends on what you are doing... you want entire substrate to get saturated and have some runoff -- that ensures no dry spots and reduces buildup of nutrients- - organic or not it will still burn as it builds up. Once you do that, don't water until top 1/2" -1" dries. The time between will reduce as the plant drinks more, but early on you won't be watering too often.
So, i'd move lights to 24" and give her some water, because top looks dry AF. no nutes for a bit... you see yellowing increase in leaves, feed again regardless of my feelings on the matter, but give it some time to react.
You can probably save electricty... if not a small garden of too many plants, go down to 1 light. the footprint is enough early on for a few seedlings.
