You're getting good results with your current practice, so if you enjoy doing it that way I don't see a problem!
That being said, a well managed grow with decent quality nutrients should not have to be flushed frequently (or at all) to produce good results. And it would not need it before every fertigation. So if it's taking you more time than you would like to spend, or costing you more in nutrients than you would like spend, you could adjust and not flush before fertilizing and probably save some time and money.
But since you are getting nice results with your plants currently you don't have to change anything you don't want to! I am sure you're going to end up with a great harvest, happy growing! 🌱👍
