Temp tent issue

Nice! Thanks guys for the quick help! I’m also kinda sort of having a temp issue, I’m trying to make it the best I can, I’m way down south and the temp reads 86-88 a lot. If I blast the fans and humidifier it does get down but I’m worried about the electric bill going up.

I would get a small air conditioner and pump it into your tent. A temp with a control switch inside the tent. It wont have to run long with it being pumped into the tent. The money saved from growing outweighs the energy cost.

Hi there! What is the power of your fans and humidifier? The power does indeed go up whenever you use more devices but really, atleast where I live 1000W device running 24/7 costs 1.2$/day. Sooooo is it that bad to run them? and that premium guality weed will make up for any electricity costs.

Ventilation on schedule?If I put my ventilation on an hour on/hour off schedule to raise the RH (RH when cold is around 30%) and help relieve my heaters a little, will it be detrimental to the environment? Yay, I ordered a growlight + tent + accessories! I'm planning to install all of this in my basement. I have a small window that I could use to send the filtered exhaust air to. but will it suffice to just get intake air from the basement itself? Or would I need an air purifier?

Maintaining VPD I've got my photoperiod doing well in a 2x2 tent. I'm trying to regulate my VPD with what I have on hand. Currently I'm running my exhaust fan for 8 minutes every hour to get an average VPD around 1, but I'm concerned about the swings. Am I micromanaging?

Odor Problem in the last 2-3 weeks i have a problem with smell in the last 2-3 weeks... i have a 0,80mx1,50m tent with a Rhino Pro carbon filter 765m³/h inside the tent and a carbon filter 800m³/h on the exhaust. smell inside the grow room is quite subliminal but i can recognize it... what would you suggest?

Can a carbon filter be too "big" for an exhaust duct fan?Is it fine to use a carbon filter that can handle twice the capacity of the airflow my fan can produce? Or will the fan have trouble ventilating the tent then?

Best way to keep a tent in the loft cool Cooling the loft... so I've got my tent in the loft, I have a 4" inline extracting from the tent and a 6" inline feeding air into the loft. This works perfectly the majority of the time.. I can keep things at 25°c with ease. But on hot days the tents gets too hot....

How to reduce humidity in my grow space?I'm just an amateur and am growing in my closet as I have very limited space. It's a small space in which I can't cut holes or openings. I use a small fan and a air purifier. Should I get more fans? Does a carbon filter or inline duct help if it can't exit out of the closet?
