Should my inline fan run perpetually?

I read it's important to exchange the air in your grow area once per five minutes. Because I read that, I've had my inline exhaust fan running in my tent since the beginning of my grow. Is that right?

Most run 24/7. I personally run mine 15 on 15 off on timer due to keeping temps warmer in grow area. But regularly moving air is needed to exchange new air and control humidity. Good luck and happy growing 🌲🌲🌲👊

How crucial is an exhaust fan and a carbon filter?I cant find anything in my country as a kit, but would buying them piece by piece work?
Example something like in the photo connected to an air duct and then to a carbon filter?

ventilation for a 4x8 ? basically is that too much negative pressure and if so should I get anther intake ?currently using a 200mm inline exhaust fan that has 914 m3/h(537,9 cfm) max currently using it at its medium setting of 792 m3/h(466,15 cfm) and using a 125 mm inline intake fan with only 330 m3/h (194,23 cfm). Carbon filter sleeve needed?I use the carbon filter on the exhaust side. On the intake side, I have a dust screen mesh.
The tent is quite clean so that’s why I don’t see the need of the pre filter. Would also probably load the inline fan a bit too.

How do I drop my RH down when nothing works? Check Diary. Will defoliation be a good idea? Open tent door and leave it open?My 2x2 is starting to crowd. This is driving the RH to over 70%.
