If you trying to save on money, maybe turn it on every 15 min for 5-10 min.
It is best to have it on all the time moving air constantly, but if its not possible. then you gotta do what you gotta do.
My unit only turns on when the temps or RH gets to high, and its comes on for 10min about every 10 min in my tent. and then in flower I just have it on all the time as the RH and temps are always higher.

just turn them down to a low percentage and run all the time. 25% power is similar to running 15mins / 60mins.
As the plants get bigger, you may need to turn it up if RH the tent is drastically higher than outside the tent. Same with temp when you flip to 12/12 schedule from 18/6 - 150% more power from the light adds more heat.

Best way to cool your tent/ growbox?So I’ve built a custom growbox using an IKEA wardrobe, air vent for intake, two circulating fans, carbon extractor exhaust, and a 600W LED grow light. Uso un Lumatek attis 200w al 80% (160w) y mis plantas estan a 30cm de las puntas, la temperatura en las puntas es de 30-31 grados centígrados. Es verano y fuera hace 27 29 grados.

My exhaust fan has no speed control and drops the humidity. I have my humidifier on almost full blast(not full blast because of i dont want it to overheat) a wet towel and a bowl of boiled water.
