the things that stand out in pic 3 the best are normal on both female and male plants.
i shouldn't say it because it is stupid... some say if they are corssed it is female, but like i said it is meaningless urban or rural myth, lol.
calyxes will form at each node. eventually a pistil (white whispy hair) pops out. you'll think this is a male bit the first time you see one.
a sac will never do that and it may look like a grape on a stem at some point too. if it multiplies, that's male too.
