Advice for beginners

Okay thank you for the advice. I hesitate to do this technique because of fear of doing it wrong on an autoflowering .. But for my next session, I would use feminized seeds RQS Lemon Shinning Silver Haze would it be better to do this?

@VALHALLA @Fruitgrower I totally support Fruitgrowers answer here. Just wanted to add that everyone breaks a stem at some point. So dont worry if that happens, because now you know exactly how stiff the stems of that plant are and how much you can bend them without breaking ;)

LST is not as scary as it seems. Do a little research, it is just bending taller stems down and tying them. 🌱👍

I have a 1200W Veg/Bloom LED which is currently 20" above Martha. I am also LSTing her and am getting good solid growth from the lowest branches which are working to reach up. I am wondering if raising the light 4-6" and try to stimulate some vertical growth. Is this a good idea?
