Disaster! LST rips off entire growth tip after first topping! Any advice?

Hi all, I adjusted LST tension this morning and the entire growth tip snapped off.
It was too small/fragile to tape so I put in rooting hormone solution and tried making a clone. What should I do with this plant now? Feeling discouraged.

Those early bud sites usually end up being too low for harvest anyway and get trimmed off. I've taken a few on accident myself but if you look at my first grow you'd have no clue. They come back so fast! Don't worry friend it will still be great worrying about your plant just means your going to be a good grower! Cheers and happy growing!

Fuck. First week of 12-12 and I almost accidentally top this plant. Broke the stem enough to cause it to bleed on one side. Think it will hold/heal?Accidentally broke one side of this stem while attempting LST through a lattice. Should I defoliate after topping with LST ?I just did my first topping and she took it very well, no signs of stress and actually growing really fast I think.
I was thinking about LST the top colas so the lower ones can reach that height, should I cut the top leaves shadowing the lower future colas?

Cutting leafAs you can see, one of the top leaf is covering light for side branches and I can't find a good way to avoid that by tying down the plant. I can't tie down the main top beacaue I don't want to damage the first signs of flowering. Can I cut that leaf or will it damageher too much?
