Personally I’d top it first and wait till it’s at least 4 weeks old before I do any lst, Topping is effectively used to obtain multiple, even-sized floral sites, while LST is then used to bring these floral sites to the same height to maximize grow lamp efficiency. by the looks of things this girl is gonna be in need of nutes soon hope this helps

Defoliation every 3 days during flowering I heard about defoliation every 3 days during the first 3 weeks of flowering. Low plant LST - possibly stunted Does anyone have any opinions regarding the LST being that low? PAR is around 635 with a DLI of 46 at the tallest cola. pH is quite constant between 6.2-6.5 with very little nutrients given so far.
