Almost all autos will benefit from LST. Lst offers more yield. A better canopy, so the buds are more uniform and dense. Then you get better air flow so the chances of mold are less. I took 5 plants, in 3 gallon fabric pots using coco/perlite.. hand watering with Floraflex fulltilt line. Progrow1800 673w light at 80% I just harvested 24oz. 1.25g/watt Smallest plant 4oz dry Largest plant 7oz dry. Lst offers all things mentioned above but with less risk that's generally associated with HST, supper cropping, filming, and even topping. The risk to reward system favors LST every time when talking about AUTOs! That's my story and I'm sticking to it. 🙏

LST is fine. Just learn the plant’s boundaries before you snap anything. HST such as topping or FIMing is another subject

Yeah man , they respond great to being bent over . You can expect big yields by keeping them constantly tied down

I like to bend some stems down so everything is able to get more light, I really see no downside to it expect the time you have to put in

Training improves yields & helps to keep the main buds closer to the light
