I don't think it's too much light as they are very far away, but I see a couple of things that could be bothering your girls: 1) Clear cups are awesome to see if clones rooted or if the pots are being roobound, but remember roots are afraid of the light and that might stun growth. 2) Are you letting the soil to dry almost completeli between waterings? For me they just look overwatered and no more. I would: let them dry between waterings, you will see they get better and new growth is visible (neon green leaves) and roots will develop (looking for water), once you see them roots on the borders of the cups, transplant them to a bigger pot, and keep on the dry soil/watering circle, they will get really better in no time.

He means a Box fan, clip fan or oscillating fan to help blow the air around inside the tent and to simulate the wind.. this is also important to help combat humidity and heat levels!!

Hey guys, answering the questions: 1- Did u poke holes in ur cups for adequate drainage? R- Yes i did, 8 holes for each cup. 2- Also do not forget to add a fan (sorry if you have it, didn't see it) as that allows for better evaporation (dry soil cycles) and stronger main stem and overall plants. R- Yes, i have a 150mm fan, you can see the tube in the floor. 3- Are you letting the soil to dry almost completeli between waterings? R- Yes, i am, i just water them when its dry, takes 3 days between waterings. From what you guys said, i will let then dry a little more days and see if get's better.

Did u poke holes in ur cups for adequate drainage. If no drainage ur likely putting to much water in and not allowing for run off through drainage. If u have adequate drainage holes. Than u are watering them too frequently and not allowing them to dry out enough between waterings. I dont see a hps problem I see a watering issue.

With a HPS system I was always told rule of thumb is to keep the light at max height in your tent / grow area.. I've never used one but It's what I was told.. Hope it helps!
