the plant on the right seems to be showing browning around edges of some leaves. Both plants were from seeds that I purchased as GG#4 feminized. Both plants are from same soil batch, both fed on same schedule. only 1 plant shows this color problem, any ideas?

As far along as you arw in flower its normal for your leaves to show some yellowing and even some browing around the edges.

I am growing a GG4 outdoors right now and it is showing the same funny half leaf colors on some leaves. I am growing in peat/compost/coco/perlite mix with extra organic amendments. I think it is genetics.

From the picture I don't see the burnt or brown edges, I see slight discoloration but in general your leaves are dark green which means you have plenty of Nitrogen so that's not the issue. You could dial down the nutrients and make sure you get a good 20% runoff the next 2-3 watering. A lot of time it's simply a salt build up which by giving a good runoff should eliminate that issue 😀 Best of luck all and all they look good.

hey there my friend you have textbook magnesium deficiency, make a foliar spray with 3ml/L -5ml/L and spray it on at lights out every other day for ten days and the problem whould stop spreading, add cal mag to your feed to avoid this in the future. Hope this helps ! 🚀

Hi @Bluenose! My bet is that you did not gave enough water to your soilless medium, and as a result, you're having salts buildup in your coco, leading to copper/zinc/iron deficiencies and other strange symptoms. Do you water to the runoff? 1L per plant is definitely not enough at this stage, you want to see the runoff at least once a week, it will help you to understand how healthy your rootmass is, and it will prevent salts / old-nutrients from accumulating in your container. Genetics could explain why two plants from the same strain have different behaviour upon this issue, I think you have two phenotypes expressing their differences. Hope this will help, keep us updated, and happy growing! 👊

Looks like your fan is blowing directly at the plant on that side so could be wind burn, try moving fan just above canopy

Check my diary out on week 9 last picture. Looks like leaf variegation, which is a rare mutation kinda of like albino not developing certain pigments. My pineapple chunk has this. She’s the best growing out of all of them. Sometimes the leaf down the middle is dark green and the other half is light green, then other weeks she shows signs like what’s in your pictures. Nothing to worry about. Another bonus to this is pests think the plant is week and not doing so well and they tend to leave her alone. Happy growing!
