as long as white hairs are popping out of what you are looking at, it's fine.. i don't see any grapes, but maybe i missed in picture?
sacs have a little stem connected.. a bract just sits in teh nook - doesn't extend out from it on a tiny bracnch - like a grape... a "grape" is the bit you want to avoid.
so, if the little bits you are worried about have a white hair (stigma) all is good... if they multiple and a formation akin to grapes presents itself, that's bad.
is long as it's green and unopened, you can safely remove them from your garden wihtout worry... if they are open or nanners are yellow etc... you need to be very careful when removing tha tplant... most liekyl too late with exhaust and fans running in many cases... unless you caught it the very moment it opened up, lol... misting with water can make it less likely to knock anything up too.
