Applying nutrients

I am a new grower. I have big bloom, Grow big, and tiger bloom. I know the nute ratios to a gallon of water. How do I apply that nutrient water to my plants? Split the gallon up throughout the week? I know I don’t use the whole gallon at once. I have 2 purple punch autos.

depends on pot size and plant size, mostly. i'd start with a 1:2 ratio to start. don't mix a full gallon if you don't want it sitting around long. mix 1/2 gallon with 1/2 of instructed amounts... it'll be the same exact thing. so, fertilize, 2 irrigation, fertilize etc.. If this plant is still young, hold off. If you are in FF soil, hold off even longer -- seeds are packed for 2 week and FFOF, for example, is a hot soil that will keep you going 4-8 weeks without fertilizer. don't jump the gun. .first time i'd wait for a slow down of growth or any hint of yellow in leaves (excluding cotyledons - the two tiny initial leaves with no serration). And then, start with 1/2 strength of instructiosn.. maybe, 1/4th for FF nutrients... then 1/2 would be your normal feed after that... always easier to increase feed... tough to stamp out a toxicity... so don't create one.. feed a little more, observe for a week or so how it reacts... any sign of darkness or burned tips, you need to back off.

A gallon is alot of water. Cannabis depends at different stages how much water and nutrients shell need. Obviously follow a schedule for your chosen brand but use the minimum requirement and start feeding between week 2-4. Slowly increase as she grows. Water every 2-3 days, the volume you water with should be equivalent to the plant size. For instance when they're are a seedling just a spray from a bottle and a few drops of water per day is fine but as they get bigger they'll be drinking like 500ml to1litre per day. Always use plain water every 2-3 feeds. 👍🌱

Oh, water after top 1/2-1" dries... don't try to keep it wet all the time -- a common beginner mistake with soil Sature soil fully, even some runoff is good and preferable... then stay away until that top portion dries... feel weight when dry and wet.. learning that will give needed familiarity.. sometimes things just dry weirdly.. you can feel when that occurs and it needs water despite looking moist.

Hey Magic, Since you're doing some autoflowers I'd personally suggest taking the fox farm trio down to a half dose at first. Otherwise if you're using the full feeding schedule you'll want to alternate between watering with that and then plain water the next watering. mix up a gallon and soak each pot until both are letting some water come out the bottom, 1 gallon may be enough for the 2 depending on how big their pots are. If you have a gallon with a lid then the mix might last up to 3 days before needing to be poured into the garden or toilet. Also check the ph each day if you let it sit. Happy growing. ✌️

You make the amount and then soak all your medium till you get about a 20% run off ratio. You'll be surprised at how much your girls will hold in bigger pots and how thirsty they can get. Check out my first grow, I'm using the same stuff! Perhaps it will help guide you! Happy growing!
