Canola oil fucks them up too all stages from egg to adult but again not great to be spraying shit during flower. I'd hose it off good, defoliate leaves that have damage and bites or obvious eggs. If outdoors relocate it if possible. By a plant aphids prefer more. Attract them to that said host plant. Spray said host plant with treatment or dispose of it.

Neem in flowering is not a great option. Makes buds taste disgusting. I personally cant even take a single told from weed sprayed with neem... but thts me I guess.

Those look like aphids to me fam! Take a decent pressure hose and spray the whole plant. The pressure will knock them off. Flour really fucks them up. But it can be quite messy. Problem is ur in flowering. Dont want to taint ur buds bro. Introducing predators could work but that infestation looks deep.

Ladybirds and predator bugs are the best option. You can buy live and eggs on ebay/amazon for quite cheap.

Spider mites!! Yuk! You can use a neem oil solution with insecticidal soap. This will kill them off just don't use it last 3 weeks of flower. There are also alot of other options out there! You can go buy ladybugs and let them loose. They will eat them. Look up ways to deal with them and pick the best choice for you! Hope this helps! Get em!!!!!
