How to get nutes into outdoor plant

When growing outside, do you guys usually feed right before the rain to get some nutes in there? Plants are in fabric pots and barely ever need anything from me, but would I be better off to give some nutes sometimes?

Being in the pot, the plant will sooner or later need nutrients. If it's a good potting soil, you should be affixed the first 2 months, then you need to give it a little nut. If you don't want to waste time with plants, or if you can't go there often, you can put organic fertilizer in granules on the ground and then the rain and irrigations will do the rest.

I use a granular feed from fox farms for outdoor nutes called Happy Frog Fruit and Flower. You mix it into the topsoil once a month and then just water. Good stuff so far! Check into it!! Happy growing!
