It is week 7 day 1 and my TOP RIGHT(TR) plant has not shown any signs of flowering (no white hairs). Is this a good indication that this is a photoperiod plant? I am at 14/10 hours because I am on a fixed energy plan. Should I lower it to 12 to find out? I dropped seedlings week2

Hello If you're at the 7th week and your seeing no signs of pre flowers or anything like that then that's a pretty good indication that it is a photo. Plant. I have rarely had an auto flower that didn't start flowering by weeks 4, 5 or 6. But even a photo. Plant with that low of ours may start flowering when you don't want it to. Sometimes when you're close to the 12 hour timeline they can get confused. I'd say if you don't see any pistils within the next week you can basically guarantee its photoperiod and plan to flip it when ready to flower. Happy growing

Possibly ur low hours of light in ur schedule has led to a slow down in maturation of ur auto. I've had many auto plants take 6 weeks to start flowering. That being under 20 hours of light. Possible IRS I'd behind due to lack of light hours. Happy growing and stay lit fam
