You'll need to see how it progresses, could it could be a few things. see if runoff is drastically different pH than what yo put in.. that would be an indication of a problem and could cause any and all def+tox possible. still leaning toward an abundance of nutrients rather than a lack of one.. give her time. If that's fine and it worsens as you irrigate with water-only, then i think it'll be more apparent. it's better than trying to add something now.
