Yellow speckles on finger of one fan leaf?This morning I found yellow spots visible on both sides of this one leaf. Soil mix includes diatomaceous earth (I top off each week) + 1/4 mosquito dunk crumbled into topsoil. Are spots a sign of fungus? Insect? Too much rain? Remove leaf/part? Spray Dr Zymes? Ty!

My plant has got some Problems. The top leaves are getting black tips and fingers start to get thin and wrinkly.

Why the twisting/wrinkled leaves?Why are the leaves curling/wrinkling/twisting?
The plant seems healthy over all, about 9 inches tall/4 weeks old. It looks as if the leaves are too close together causing it to wrinkle, but that also doesn't seem like a correct guess.

Preparing neem oil for sprayingDoes neem oil actually mix in water? Never used the stuff, always just blast the underneath of leaves with a pump up sprayer filled with water and a little soap.
