Nugg Buckets • The main colas are developing lots of side branching, I feel like I should remove these, as I do not think this is what we want, am I correct with this? Anyone with knowledge of this style of growing please let me know your thoughts. MrJones

Hey bro! I was also mastering this method. I believe that a lot depends on the growing conditions, like the height of the box and the growing area. What light? If it's LED and there's no side lighting, then it's optimal to bring the canopy into a single plane; there are simpler methods for that. But if it's HPS and there's room to grow, then mainlining is very, very simple and takes a bit more time than LST, but the training time is three times less! Regarding the question: I remove the ones that stretch (the show-offs). The ones that don't stretch and are well-lit, I keep 👍

This is for sure going to be your choice. I've noticed a lot of the side branching I left behind on mine while Mainlining ended up turning into sizeable contributors (as it seems so far anyway). I did have to remove anything that eventually grew on said side branching except for the tip. I think in the end it just depends how "clean" of a look you're going for. It also depends on the strain I'm finding too.
