What is this? Nutrient burn, deficiency, fungus? I tried to look up the answer but it might be different things on different plants. Please help me diagnosis this. The white powder is DE and the small holes are from flea Beatles. But I’m more concerned about the browning.

I did use ocean forest but after I read it could be hot for seedlings I flushed it quiet well before I planted the seeds. Also the info I found on nute burn shows it starts at tip of leaves and lower leaves . This is in centers of the top leaves. Also read that leaves will get really green and burn on ends. They are more pale than green. It happened after the de was applied

Looks like some some nute burn.. I read in your diary that your using ocean forest soil.. This has nutrients already added in and you don't need to feed any extra untill the 3-4th week.. I actually went almost 6 weeks on my girls before just going straight into their flowering nutes.. Just stop feeding her any nutes.. you'll know if she needs more if all her leaves start to lighten to much.. Hope this helps! Happy growing!
