Hard to tell by your pics. Pull on the leaf if it comes out it's the start of rot. If it is rot get rid of the hole bud. Put a fan in there and get some air movement. Try and lower the humidity if you can. Don't defoliate anymore it may cause farther rot issues.

How rare are 50-55 day flowerers?I’ve got a cutting of “pure indica” fr ILGM I’ve run several times now. Pics are day 48 in flower. It seems this might be a legit 50-55 day flowerer. Why did it go back to the growing stage when it was autoflowering?I grew it outdoors until the early flowering period and then grew it indoors from the mid-blooming period.
Leaves from the top of the plant have emerged during the growing season.
The light is on for 18 hours.
Why is it back to the growing stage when it is an autoflowering plant?
