DrJynx86answered grow question 4 years ago I make my teas from any veggies you have as leftover from cooking, what I do is google for food + nutrition facts, then you can put whatever your plant is missing, for example, bananas have Potassium 358 mg, that's good for flowering.
I usually use potato peels (good for rooting as they have lots of colagen and starch which is sugar for the microorganisms in soil), brocolli (LOTS of micronutrients and nutrients really used by cannabis), and carrot peels.
And then you can give them the remains to your composting worms, they're going to love as that's already tender and will help getting better and more compost in the long run.
