Time to flush? Or nah??

Should I start my flush? They are gorilla cookies autoflowers at week 10 and 2 days, still white pistol development, and trichomes are 70% cloudy, 20-25 clear, 5-10% amber, + or - 5% on either side. Take a look at my diary for more info about them. get about 550-620 ppm GH TRIO.

yes i would start to give them plain water at this point. dont need to necessarily flush, as in giving your plants 3x their weight in water to get rid of anything excess but just stop feeding for the next week and let her ripen up and use up whatevers left in the medium. or you absolutely can flush and give her an excess amount of water to clear everything out. it wont hurt. but at this point i would if youre wanting to, "flush". the trichomes are at a good point to do so for the next week give or take. and you will probably end the week woth about 20 amber and 80 cloudy. just my rough

the thing is cannabis, cannabis is a phytoremediator i believe its called, which means that it will clean and hold onto anything in the soil. good or bad. i know theres nothing that improves with flushing necessarily. this topic has varying opi ions depending on what day in age we are growing and recently weve moved back to the non flushing days but in my personal experience, i believe that learning about how the plants uptake and hold onto things from the soil, i want to end it with a fresh clean water to have to cleanse itself. also in the same sense. a single feeding or two isnt going to make your plants bigger better or stronger so dont worry about throwing the kitchen sink at it. itll only be as good as its going to be. flushing purely for health reasons is where ive decided to lean towards as of recently. look up some articles about phytoremediators and how theyve thought about using hemp to clean up soils that are contaminated around the

On the pics it looks like they need more feeding time, but checked the video in your diary and they actually look about ready. Nice fat nugs too :) I think plain water from here on and chop in a week or two would be spot on.

See some long hairs still.. flushing doesn't accomplish anything, but you can save a little effort and let it cannibalize itself. I'd wait until the plant is fully plump, though. Then you can skip mixing up fertilizer and go water only and same procedure as you usually do for irrigations otherwise. If you think you are 7-10 days away, then go ahead, but i think you have a bit longer. You can always reverse course or step down to 50% and see how fast the canopy decrapitates... You've got some limited damage in canopy, so don't go too long with water only.

flushing would probably do more harm than not to. but feel free to use give water if you want the plant to use their stored carbs. i personally think there will be no difference in fertilizing till last day and no feeding but i do it anyways haha
