You can continue LST during flower, in fact, I think LST during flower stretch is very important and allows you to increase yield seriously. If you let them stretch without LST, the main branches will grow much higher, while a lot of side branches won't make it to the highest part of the canopy. Those side branches produce less bud of lesser quality. If you keep bending your main cola's to keep them low and keep on getting that light and airflow to the smaller side branches, those side branches will reach the same height as the main cola's. You'll end up with an even canopy and all those buds are getting light, therefor producing more of a higher quality product. The flowering stretch really is your last chance to spread them out and shape them the way you want. So definitely take that opportunity and keep on LST'ing during the stretch.
Be careful tho, accidentally breaking a stem during veg isn't such a big deal, but when the flower stretch is near its end, it 's not the kind of stress you want to impose on your budding plants.
