You can continue LST during flower, in fact, I think LST during flower stretch is very important and allows you to increase yield seriously. If you let them stretch without LST, the main branches will grow much higher, while a lot of side branches won't make it to the highest part of the canopy. Those side branches produce less bud of lesser quality. If you keep bending your main cola's to keep them low and keep on getting that light and airflow to the smaller side branches, those side branches will reach the same height as the main cola's. You'll end up with an even canopy and all those buds are getting light, therefor producing more of a higher quality product. The flowering stretch really is your last chance to spread them out and shape them the way you want. So definitely take that opportunity and keep on LST'ing during the stretch. Be careful tho, accidentally breaking a stem during veg isn't such a big deal, but when the flower stretch is near its end, it 's not the kind of stress you want to impose on your budding plants.

You have picked a strain that grows quickly and small. So the stretch won't be too offensive. You can tie the taller stems down as the stretch to maximise your yield of course. You can raise the light slightly to induce stretching too. Make sure to introduce bloom nutes as you see flowers forming 👍🌱

Pauliana is basically right the advice is sound.. The only citation I'd like to add is that it's got more to do with light then anything else... The stretching of the top colas is fine if you have ample light... The light is the photosynthesis x factor and makes everything happen.. Less to do with lst and training then people realize. Pick her answer tho hey. She put a lot more effort into your question then I did.

fill about hafl the area you intend to fill when it is harvested. don't worry about number.. just make sure there is strong vertical growth, some airflow around them.. 1 per 4 sq inch or 6 sq inch etc. If you grow fewer, make sure it has time to grow taller. should be a similar yield.

for the first week you can continue it but after that i'd let her just stretch out and start budding.. Hope this helps! Happy growing! 👊
