Im meaning to transplant my girl to a 5 or 10 gallon pot. I'm concerned I may have left it in the 8 oz solo cup for too long. Its been in there for about 18 days . Should I have transplanted sooner or should I wait a little longer ? My plant is 5 inches tall 4-6 set of leaves

Hello I think 3 weeks of veg in a solo cup is about perfect. Some people will go longer and especially with a photoperiod strain this isn't a problem. However the more built up the roots get in there, the less happy they'll be and more likely to stress out. So I'd say go ahead and transplant into the final container. Personally I like bigger pots...bigger pots, usually bigger plants and bigger yields. Happy growing. ✌️

Normally the time to transplant is when you roots coming through the bottom and the plant is outgrowing its container, the leaf growth is growing over the pot etc. It really doesn't damage your plant to transplant. 🌱👍
