week 2 flowering should i defoliate and trim large leaves

if you do such a thing, this is the time. the idea is light penetration to leaves at lower nodes. if you can't accomplish that, don't reduce your canopy coverage. Don't take of all leaves at any 1 node. ~14 days after 12-12 schedule is a good time because there's room for error... some stuff should grow back, but not so much you have to do it again in 1 week. vege growth will be done shortly after 2 full weeks after 12-12. (21-28 days or so... plants will vary based on bloom lenght, that's typical for a ~9-10 week variety)

It does not look like any of your bud-sites are covered with any fan leaves so i would leave them on they will go yellow and droop pull them off then the leaves are important if your ppm is not dialed in properly the leaves hold all the sugars and neuits to feed it .
