Beautiful! 😍 For me it is ready but I repeat the only way to be sure is to inspect your trichomes to see if they are amber at 30% is the sign that the plant has reached maturity. 👍

@Itzjusbizniz a handheld magnifier wont break your budget and will give your plenty of enjoyment looking over your buds checking your their development.
But yes by just looking at the pics I think its pretty much ready dont overdo it with the flushing couple of days is all you need Congrats on ya harvest

Grown a few of these and 12 weeks is right.
Judging from the tricones in the pic, and assuming that is typical, since they are all white and this a sativa, sure looks ready to me. :)
The strain just doesn't really put out a lot of orange or amber unless it goes over long.

A few more pics would help. But I’m not seeing any orange hairs. Without a loupe to check the trichomes, I recommend looking for most of the hairs to curl in and around 20% of the hairs to turn orange. But a loupe is best, you should be able to find a relatively cheap one on Amazon. I think I paid around $12 for mine. Good luck!

Should I remove some of the dense foliage as I start LST, or wait? Other suggestions appreciated!The Durban Poison and Jack 47 are very dense, with tight nodes. I’m beginning LST this week to get more light to more of the branches, but should I prune some of the excess foliage? If so, how do I decide what to remove? Thanks in advance for your help!

Defoliation in mid-late floweringCan I still be defoliating in week 5-6 of flowering? The buds seem quite leafy and a lot of the lower sites aren't getting light, I feel like if I removed some of the larger fan leaves on top it would let the full cola grow thick bud sites rather than just the tops?
