Hi you dont have to decide it yet, You have been choosing " classic automatic strains" so i wont do to much . Automatics rspond very well to LST, so it would be the Technic of choice. But i see other things going on in your room. Your Girls look leggy, that means the lights are to weak/ to far away. I would put the weakest light you have, very close to them. and give them some airflpw , to the stems fatten up. you can dig around the stems some soil . They should be able to stand by its own. Its better to give the little ones a " weakre " light but very close so they build nice stems.

Hey Abava! Since they are auto's You would be better off doing a Scrog or some LST if you have to control height. Hopefully they will just grow short and bushy for ya👌 but if they don't those would be the methods I would use. You wouldn't want to top or anything due to them being an auto flower and you don't have the luxury of just letting them in veg to heal up from the stress of the topping ect. It is way less stress on the plants to just do a little bending of the branches if you have to just be careful if you do have to as you don't want to break any! If you really need to tie the main stem down and it will almost act like topping without as much stress just some ideas. Just what ever you do Do not top or fim them when they are auto's!
