assuming you are in soil?
the seed is good for 10-14 days from sprout
your soil will have varying length of nutes in it too. watch for those first round little leaves to show a hint of yellow before starting 1/4 feed of instructions. Maybe in a week or 2 try 1/2 stretngth and stick to a an every other feed. If plant gets dark near bottom, dial back. Any yellowing creeping from bottom, dial up. (assumes you start slowly.)
Water until you hve ~20% runoff. Wait for top 1" to dry. Stick to that and things go well.
if the plant is very small in a large pot, becareful not to fertilize the whole pot, as roots do not exist where nutes will build up to dangerous levels. water in small radius, maybe hydrate outer areas so it doesn't get bone-dry and repel water. otherwise, the wet-dry cycle i mentioned is best way to go in soil.
pH -- whether fertilizer or water-only, get it 6.5-6.8 or so.. acetic acid, or vinegar, is a good ph-down, for example. white distilled.. apple cider vinegar in soil will provide some other stuff too.
