hi, i would give just a cup close to pot's edges so roots will grow faster. your pots are 6l, dont give 3l to such a little plants.

Flush or feed, not knowing when to harvestA newbie with Amnesia Haze Auto. In 3 days starts week 11. Last week had to flush cause nutrient burn.
Should I feed again for a week or two & then flush for 2 weeks
or
continue flushing for 1 week and then harvest? Don't know how long till harvest?

Watering seedlings helpI have 17 hours since potting the seedlings. White widow and purple kush both autos. I just used a spray bottle to moisture the soil. For now 1liter per day or two seems to work fine. If I increase it will last maybe a day longer?How often should I feed them?
