White shining spots on leaves. Can seem more when look under a leaf. My first grow. Any advice ladies and gentlemen ?

White "shining“ spots on leaves. Autoflower zkittles og 2nd week. Just spotted them couple hours ago. Plant stays on balcony facing south and gets few hours of 600w led in the evening. Is it the light?Or some bugs? I can see more spots when I look under the leaves.Photos attached

She's been growing really well so far. I can easily say it's the strongest of 5 that I've got. Yesterday morning she got her first feed of 1/8 biobizz fish and organic seaweed less than 1/4 of a dose. As it's my first grow- worried a bit more than a bit ;) any help would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Slow growth / malformed leaves This is my second grow and 1st attempt at hydroponics.
