I just bought a full spectrum smart LED panel from amazon that allows the user to adjust the percentage of blue, red, and white spectrums. Haveing a really hard time figuring out the percentage sweet spot for the seedlings i stared a week ago. Help a LED greenhorn!

The stretching will be due to reaching up for the lights. with led u can get closer but turn the setting down to about 30-40 percent. the red spectrum is more for the flowering period benefit but i would go to the manufacterers site for the correct height to hang it and what they advise on their settings. most led makers have a list to follow that they designed specific spectrums for cycles.

Any way to save my clones, and have healthy clones from these? I took these about 7 weeks ago and life got ahead of me. The plants these are from are great I took these clones 7 weeks ago and never got around to transplanting them. As you can see, they are rootbound, stretched, and stunted. My question now is, is there any way I can make these clones usable? If not, it's a lesson for next time, but I want to use these clones.
