How do I backfill my plant?

Is there a right or wrong way to bury the stem on my Auto? I had an issue with stretching and wanted to wait til she was a bit bigger before I tried. Can I still do it now and what's the best way to do it? Cheers

i'd start with a gently placed / gently packed mound around it roughly as high as you want to go... this will help protect it if a clump of substrate rolls toward it... big enough mound to protect it as you fumble around in the pot (your or me.. you-plural :P ) then, just carefully fill in and tap down softly to even it all out. when you water, it'll pack it down further. May need to add a bit more than you expect.

From the looks of that i would put at least 1 inch 1 and 1/2 of more dirt in there give it more support too.

You can just bury her up to her cotyledon leaves.
