Gottagrowsometime is spot on here... that soil looks TERRIBLY dry... you need to be giving it more water AROUND the seedling to encourage the roots to spread out and grow. If you want to start feeding it, I would do it only very slowly - like maybe 1/4 strength - but give that poor thing some water and water DEEPLY... then make sure the soil dries out before you water it again.... For an idea of how the roots grow, I grow in DWC so I can actually SEE the roots as they develop... my little Pinky's roots just hit the water when she was 5 days old... therefore, the root that got to the water was a good 4-5" long.... Roots grow to find water.... Good luck...

If in soil it has to go wet to dry cycles. Coco coir and perlite stays wet constantly. Light feed if you choose. Plant has a good green already. I think you will just burn it. It wants the light closer if you have not moved it since it sprouted. Humidity is too high. It is drowning in the air.

Your soil looks very dry. Lose the drip thing buddy. You don't need it with soil. Apply nutrients very lightly. 3-400 ppm of any good growth nutrient and if you can get a soil condintor for roots that'll help give you the boost you need. Also, if you are growing in a room or sealed environment you can up your RH as 60% that you have it marked on your diary is low. What I use is wet towel in my room/ tent and it brings up the RH nicely. 70-75% you can get away with nicely and start lowering it as you get a few weeks under your belt. She is slow yes, but, i think your water feeds need to be added a bit more. That soil is just too dry for such a young plant. As for feeds, keepn the ppm like I said. And just once a week or every 10 days. With a good soil conditioner or root stim, worm castings, fish shit something to enhance the soil pal. And your grow will take off. Feel free to DM me. Good luck pal.

Yes giving you are on week 3 I would say she is undeveloped. You should definitely start with nutrients now. Just make sure you are not overwatering. I guarantee she will have rapid growth especially giving she has had time to develop a decent root system. I would also bring your LED down to 12 inches. Happy growing! ~F
