Your soil looks very dry.
Lose the drip thing buddy. You don't need it with soil.
Apply nutrients very lightly.
3-400 ppm of any good growth nutrient and if you can get a soil condintor for roots that'll help give you the boost you need.
Also, if you are growing in a room or sealed environment you can up your RH as 60% that you have it marked on your diary is low.
What I use is wet towel in my room/ tent and it brings up the RH nicely.
70-75% you can get away with nicely and start lowering it as you get a few weeks under your belt.
She is slow yes, but, i think your water feeds need to be added a bit more. That soil is just too dry for such a young plant.
As for feeds, keepn the ppm like I said. And just once a week or every 10 days. With a good soil conditioner or root stim, worm castings, fish shit something to enhance the soil pal.
