Ph is too high and you have leaf miners! It a pest! You need to spray your plants with an IPM protocol

Looks like a combination of leaf miners as well as while mold. Are these growing outdoors?

2 sprouts in the same place, should I prune one?I planted 2 seeds (one already germinated with a taproot and one that had been soaking in water for 72 hours but no taproot) in one spot thinking one would not sprout, but of course they both sprouted.
