It happens, one ball or two.... your friend could have accidentally pollinated her with the weed he smoked an hour before meeting the plant and which he got through a connection.... pollen is very volatile, so don’t forget about the possibility of pollination! But overall, it's definitely a girl! 👌

They are super hard to get a good picture of but there is 1 ball per node and they look to be getting ready to pop what looks like a white hair. Only one ball means female yeah?

I'm not seeing signs of either make or female preflowers. Signs thou point to female as males usually shoot up and stretch pretty far between nodes. Hopefully this helps! Happy Growing! 🤟😜
