What is the best strain(s) to grow indoors for PTSD induced insomnia AND anxiety?
Can you recommend an indoor strain(s) for treating rheumatoid arthritis induced symptoms?
And please, I can do internet searches, so...Thanks in advance to anyone who can give insight here.

Hi Bro, I'm talking to you as smoker, grower but also neurolgist;
The neurologist says :You need at first high (>5%) CBD strain
The smoker says: damn, but the high?
The grower says: the most of the seedbanks now offer a large variety of pure CBD strains, 50/50 THC - CBD as so on. I've personally tasted 2 Royal Queen Seeds strains (50/50) but I remember only Stress Killer Auto. Obviously I can report only about high, medium power, couch locking, very relaxing.
So take a little bit of time to search for a strain with high CBD, 9-15% THC, not more. Also remember that the most of medical strain are sativa-dominant.

Thanks everyone for the answers so far. I think I am going on the right track, somewhat atleast.
I am doing after this harvest a repetition of 4 strains, 1 plant per strain. Thats all I can fit.

Green Gelato : high thc, low cbd, day usage, aiming for an elevated level of cbn in the end product (amber pistils). This I have all ready found to help my adhd nicely.
White widow : medium thc, medium cbd, no medical purpose in mind, getting stoned / maybe anxiety relief
O.G. Kush: medium thc, medium cbd, end of day usage/ anxiety, sleep
Royal Medic : medium thc, high cbd, my girlfriends arthritis relief plant

I agree with Magic...., find an indica with high CBD, to go along with fairly high THC.
My favorite for end-of-day smoking is Critical Kush - - - > Critical Mass x OG Kush.
I grew two harvests, and both came out great.

Pour les douleurs aiguës ou graves, je peux te conseiller toutes les souches Purples mon ami, ma grand-mère avait alzheimer et on lui préparait du thé à la Buddha Thai. Plus de douleurs, meilleur sommeil et plus d'appétit.
Il faut que tes plants soient féminisées et non autos florissantes, pour qu'ils aient le plus de thc possible...

Any super skunks, criticals, anything with high thc and low cbd levels. Trick is to let the triclomes turn 30% amber before havesting. Cheers friend hope you well and things improve for you.

Humidity while drying Safe?currently on vacation for another 48 hours. My dry room has no climate control, but it is very stable.
As you can see in the charts, my temperature has risen from 15.8°+rh56.6 to 16.1c rh61.2 in 72h
If I continue to interpolate this, I ill end up at approx. 65%
