Better lights is the only answer, the 20W light that you are using just ain't gonna cut it, - quite simply, not enough lumens!

Friend with 20 watts of LED I see it a bit hard even if not impossible (Don't expect large yields) I recommend you lower the lamp about 15 cm from the tip of the plant, cannabis can tolerate huge amounts of light you certainly don't risk burning it . If you want to keep lamps at low power, I recommend that you grow autoflowering and keep a 24/0 cycle for the next grow.

I would lower your lights just a bit - get them closer to the plant - plants stretch like this when they're desperately trying to get to the light. You're also only giving the plant molasses? Time to start some nutes! Start them off at about 1/4 strength at first and increase to 1/2 next week and, if the plant is responding well and tolerating the nutes, you can continue. Depending on what nutrient line you choose, you may not want to ever go full strength. At this stage of an auto's life, you could give both grow and bloom nutes. I think you'll find they respond very well and start really growing well. Good luck!

Stronger light to grow is needed. Stretched out is from lack of light.
