This is more of an industry-related question.
As an experienced, certified grower how hard is it to find a legit/non-legit job in the industry(cultivation/propagation/trimming) in Canada? BC more specifically.

It's really hard. Basically they want no one with any experience outside the industry.
It's easier to get into a new company starting then a LP already established.
You have to take courses and get certified as a cannabis botanist before will consider you.

I am certified by a university, plus went through numerous online courses with certifications. Currently studying horticulture and have years of experience, and from what I understand all of that is not enough to get a stable job in one of the big companies, the smaller companies are just now emerging becoming legit which brings me to the black market where they started - that is where jobs are discrete and impossible to get into without knowing someone :/

Is this ready??? autoflowerWeek 15 almost 16, it smells very strong and the leaves are dying
trichomes are all milky cloudy, but no sign of amber trichomes, flowers are too heavy and stems can't support the weight
It's been almost a month since it smelled very strong

Should I wait to flip?Since I just transplanted and amended my soil using gaia green amendments and geared them towards veg. I know the general rule is to allow 2 weeks for them organic amendments to break down, will that deter me from flipping to flower next week or should I wait if so how long?

I noticed dozens of gnats stucked on sugar leaves and buds trichomes/resin... I tried to pick them by hand but there are too many.
I saw articles about bud washing which seems to be a good thing except for higher mold risk.

Humidity while drying Safe?currently on vacation for another 48 hours. My dry room has no climate control, but it is very stable.
As you can see in the charts, my temperature has risen from 15.8°+rh56.6 to 16.1c rh61.2 in 72h
If I continue to interpolate this, I ill end up at approx. 65%
