I'm pretty sure it's overwatering... it is the only thing I have changed in the past few days. I'm looking for some validation or another diagnosis. Whatcha think guys... why is she so droopy?

Two seeds(different genetics ) rooted healthy the same time in paper towel and transplanted same time in coco.

POPCORN bud removal? 20 days in flower.I have LST so branches look like pipes. Top buds around the side to a max of 2x2 and 12" from lights. Question: along the stems I'm gettin popcorn bud sites in the middle, some are stretching on their own stalks others hardly look like growing. Shall I get rid of the runts?4y ago

Watering IssueI have issue with watering. Soil is not dry easily.I water 1liter to her at the night of 12.10.2021. And soil is still moist till today morning 18.10.2021 as u can seen in photo. Is just normal?
Growing medium is 60%soil, 30%coco and 10% perlite. Average RH is always around 64%Week 3
