Why did my sprout stop?

My sprout has stopped growing but still looks green and healthy. I did have to help remove the seed shell as it was stuck. It hasn’t had any growth in the last 4-5 days. The plant next to it is thriving. Why has my sprout stopped growing and should I start over

Looks like it has no growth tip - either genetic or did something drip on it?
a plant can form a new growth tip. I've seen one form and start to grow a new plant (3+ nodes of vege growth) growth from a chopped autoflower stump.
Is it worth waiting for and falling behind all the other plants in the room.. probably not. If you need 2 plants to fill the space, plant another seed. Always a good idea to plant more than you need for this exact reason. Plants come with a lot more defects than people realize. IF the cost isn't prohibitive, plant 2x the need.
