If not, I can think of two other kind of bugs, if they have spots, then they are spider mites which are harmful; if they do not have spots, then they are hyposasis miles, this prey on fungus gnats larvae and many other harmful bugs, they are used as an organic way to protect the plants, some soil brands even introduce them into their mixes. If they are spider mites, get diatomaceous earth and lay it on top of the soil.
