Light cycle

Hi budmen/budgirls! I'm in my 6th week of veg and have been thinking of flipping to flower stage. I'm wondering what's the best method to use. Should I gradually bring light cycle down by a hour or two a day or straight to a 12-12 cycle? Thanks guys

Hi in my previous 34 indoor cycles I always have preferred to switch gradually (2 h/d) simply to regulate temp & humidity in the grow room.

You can just go straight to 12/12. There's no need nor advantages to gradually lower the light hours. Cannabis plants can jump off the bed and go straight into flowering phase from one day to another. Smart question tho, I already had the same doubt. cheers. g.

Is this a early sign of a male?Plant is at day 23 in veg phase (18/6 cycle). The "balls" appear on the 5th node. I've read about immature pollen sac that can show up as early as 3 weeks into veg but I lack the knowledge to say it for sure. So maybe that's obvious and I'm just dumb.
