Hey bro! 👋😇
I have a tent identical to yours!
For your tent size, you won't need more than 200W of nominal lamp power, even 150W is enough! Just don't confuse it with the recalculation for HPS lamps! Often, lamp manufacturers play with this assumption, presenting the power in recalculation as the nominal power of the lamp. Look for the "power consumption" item in the specifications and check the watts!
I also recommend looking at multi-spectrum lamps, in one matrix, rather than a bunch of low-power LEDs! COB LEDs with a color temperature of 3500K and 3000K are also very effective. It's also very important what driver will be in the lamp; ideally, it should be from the MW (MeanWell) company.
I made my lamp myself, installing 3 matrices and separate drivers for each from MW.
My diary afgooey is recorded on COB LEDs Citizen 3500K (50W), COB Citizen 3000K (50W), full spectrum 380-840nm Epiled (50W), but due to the first cheap drivers, I only had 45W on each lamp and there was a "flickering effect."
The other diaries I keep with quality drivers from MW, individually connected to the LEDs: COB Citizen 3000K (50W), COB Citizen 3500K (50W), COB Citizen 3000K (100W). The results are more impressive than the results using the full spectrum! After all, the plant tolerates warm light better than full spectrum options.
Also, pay attention to the lenses installed on the matrices or LEDs; they should be made of glass, not plastic, preferably with a 90-degree focus. Or look for an option with a skirt reflector.
I searched the internet, and this option with a reflector and a good set of LEDs will suit you just fine and will be enough for your tent:

It has a power of 150W±5% and it will definitely be the best option when comparing efficiency and price of the lamp! And it has warm and red LEDs built-in - just what you need for cannabis! 😇👌
Good luck, bro! ✊😇
