When to flip LED's 'bloom' switch on?

When's the best time to flip the 'bloom' switch on my LED with an auto? Should it be at the first sign of pistils or is there a better time to do so? I have already flipped the switch for this plant and kept photo-period the same, looking for info for next grow. Thanks!

Veg lighting approach? Switching from cfl to hps?I started my second grow a couple weeks ago with a 130w cfl in my 1m veg cupboard. I’m thinking I will make the switch to a 250w hps soon. I don’t want to overheat the space. Do you think this is a good strategy? I’ll flower the autos in my 1.4m tent with 600w hps.

Light distance from plant top My light is https://phytolite.com/pl_PL/shop/product/cree-naked-cob-60w-327 Recommended dist. to plant top by manufacturer is 40cm (16in) . Mine dist. is 58cm (23in) currently as I tried to keep it far during seedling stage, can I lower the lamp to 40cm at this stage? (day 11)

SF-1000 safe distance and dimmer for seedlings in soil?my seedlings are stretching and not growing in size. soil, autos, dropped in water 7 days ago and moved to soil in solo cups. What are people running the SF-1000 at for seedlings? I was at 30" and 20% but that's not good clearly. I've moved to 24" @ 45% so far.

Hydro mars tsw 2000w got the complete tent set up and I was wonder if anybody else using this same led. when its sleep time after 18 hours running at 25 percent leds been off for 4 hours and I can still see lite power on under hood this normal or not how to fix doesn't seem right
