I've been struggling with high temps (88-90F) during the day mid 80's at night. It's been difficult to find a cooling system in stock that meets my needs. If I'm unable to bring the temp down below 85F what is the most ideal humidity for my plants, what are expected issues? TY :)

That depends if you are in veg or flower. You need lot's of air flow. If you keep the humidity at 60- 70 for veg and for flower get it to 50-55% you will be fine. Just need that air flow.
